Oct. 2010 Members of PolyModE WP1 have submitted the following paper:

Evaluation of reference genes for real time quantitative PCR in the marine flavobacterium Zobellia galactanivorans.
Submitted in Journal of Microbiological Methods.
The study lays the basis for the subsequent transcriptomic analysis of Z. galactanivorans, actually under preparation.

02.05.2012 PolyModE Workshop
The next PolyModE workshop will take place in Wageningen, Netherlands, on 7-8-9th May 2012 and will offer three days of theoretical and practical courses on Chromatography of carbohydrates and heterologous expression to the young researchers involved in the consortium.
