07.06.2010 Publication of CNRS (Gaëlle Correc, Jan-Hendrik Hehemann, Mirjam Czjzek, William Helbert) in the journal “Carbohydrate Polymer” :
"Structural analysis of the degradation products of porphyran digested by Zobellia galactanivorans β-porphyranase A". This work deals with the characterisation of porphyran. This polysaccharide is converted in agarose by the galactose-sulfurylase which represents one of the modifying enzymes investigated in the WP2.

02.05.2012 PolyModE Workshop
The next PolyModE workshop will take place in Wageningen, Netherlands, on 7-8-9th May 2012 and will offer three days of theoretical and practical courses on Chromatography of carbohydrates and heterologous expression to the young researchers involved in the consortium.
